New Clients
We strive to make sure all our new cat and dog patients feel welcome. To best streamline your first visit, please bring the following information to your first appointment (if possible):
➤ Your pet’s prior medical records.
➤ Our New Client Intake Form (button to the right). You are welcome to email us your completed form ahead of your visit. If you forget to fill it out, no worries — we have extra copies in the office!
You’ll meet with one of our veterinarians, who will get to know both you and your pet. We’ll come up with a treatment plan, and either put it into motion that day or we might request you come back in at a scheduled time for a follow up. Questions are always welcome. We look forward to seeing you and your furry companion!
